At Lumera Jewels, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent cancellation, return, and refund process for all our customers. Below is a detailed overview:

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers must request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee:

  • Moissanite Diamond Jewelry: 20%
  • Lab Grown Diamond Jewelry: 30%

The fee covers labor, restocking, and materials costs.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Returns should be coordinated via support@livajewels.com before sending the item.

Restocking Fees

Since most jewelry is custom-made (ring size, metal, diamond selection), restocking fees apply:

  • Moissanite Diamond Jewelry: 20%
  • Lab Grown Diamond Jewelry: 30%

Additional fees may apply if the item requires excessive cleaning or repair.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • Contact us if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Liva Jewels will work to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchange Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Made-to-order eternity bands
  • Items with physical damage

4. Exchange Policy

One exchange per item is allowed within 30 days of delivery.

  • Restocking fee: 30%
  • The remaining balance will be applied to the new purchase.
  • Any price difference for the new item must be paid by the customer.
  • Exchange credit cannot be used for future purchases.

5. Return Shipping

Contact us before returning your jewelry to ensure safe delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using insured and trackable courier services.
  • Liva Jewels is not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

7. Resizing Policy

We provide ring resizing services at a minimal cost.

Resizing Limitations

  • Rings can be resized up or down by one (1) full size.
  • Resizing beyond this may affect the structural integrity of the ring and is not recommended.

Resizing Exceptions

  • Full Eternity Rings: Cannot be resized; exchange option is available.
  • Plain Gold Bands: Exchange may be offered in the same design if resizing is not ideal.

Resizing Costs & Shipping

Resizing is a paid service.

Customers are responsible for two-way shipping and customs fees if applicable.

8. Repair Policy

For repairs, please contact support@livajewels.com prior to shipping your jewelry.

  • Repairs start with an intake inspection documenting the item’s condition.
  • Warranty-covered repairs will begin immediately unless customer requests approval.
  • Repairs beyond warranty coverage will be quoted separately.
  • Customers may approve or decline additional repairs.

Repair Timeline: 2–3 weeks from receipt.

Shipping: Customer responsible both ways.

Note: Replacement of rare or one-of-a-kind diamonds cannot be guaranteed. Alternatives will be suggested with customer approval.

9. Lifetime Care

Fine jewelry may experience normal wear over time.

Liva Jewels offers a lifetime warranty and stands behind its craftsmanship.
